Refund Policy

Introduction

At BrandMonkey, we strive to provide the best design and digital marketing services to our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.
 

Monthly Retainer Services
 

• Initial 7 Days: If you are on a monthly retainer basis and are not satisfied with our services, you must notify us within the first 7 days of service. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund.

• After 7 Days: If you have used our services for more than 7 days but less than 15 days in a month, you can request a partial refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• No Refunds After 15 Days: If you have used our services for 15 days or more in a month and then decide you are not satisfied, no refunds will be provided for that month.
   

One-Time Services
 

• First Render: For one-time services, if you are not satisfied with the initial render of the service provided, you must notify us immediately. In such cases, we will review your feedback and either revise the work or issue a refund.

• No Refunds After Acceptance: Once the initial render is accepted and further work is done, no refunds will be provided.
   

Refund Process
 

1. Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact us at info@brandmonkey.in with your service details and the reason for your request.

2. Review: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
    

Non-Refundable Services
 

• Completed Services: Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.

• Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after the service has been rendered.

• Third-Party Services: Services provided by third parties are subject to the refund policies of those third parties.
